LOAN REQUIREMENTS

• w-2 forms from the previous 2 years, if you collect a paycheck
• Profit and Loss statements and/or 1099 forms, if you own a business.
• Recent Paycheck stubs for 30 days
• Most recent federal tax return, possibly the last two tax returns
• Lost of assets, including 2 months bank statements, mutual fund statements, etc…..
• ID Cards

• Bankruptcy discharge documents with ALL schedules
• Divorce Decree (All Pages)
• VA DD214
